Holiday Club

Who’s it for?

We operate our club every school holiday, except limited days over Christmas. The club is open to children once they have left nursery in the summer to start school that September and up to age 11.

We do suggest that children up to the age of 8-9 gain the most benefit from our club although we are more than happy to accept applications for those older children. Open to all, you don’t need to have used our nursery to be able to book in.

Booking is always required in advance and payment with booking to secure your place.

Sessions run 9-4 with an additional 8-9 breakfast session available.

Supported Playscheme 

Our supported playscheme provides fun, welcoming and inclusive holiday club experience for children with low-level SEN needs. Based within our general playscheme, children can enjoy the same exciting activities, games and opportunities to socialise, whilst benefiting from additional support in a smaller 1:4 staff-to-child ratio. 

Our aim is to help every child feel confident, included and able to take part at their own pace, making friends and creating happy memories in a safe and supportive environment.  

These sessions run from 9am-3pm on selected days

High Level SEN Playscheme 

Our High level SEN Playscheme offers a safe, welcoming and supportive environment for children with higher levels of SEN needs to enjoy their school holidays. Based in our community room, the session provides a range of fun, engaging and inclusive activities, tailored to meet each individual child’s needs. With a ratio of 1:2 staff-child-ratio, children benefit from a high level of personalised support, helping them to feel comfortable, confident, and included. 

These sessions run from 1-4pm on selected days

What do we provide?

We run theme days once a week in the summer holiday. Details of upcoming theme will be posted on the website and Facebook.

Alongside those we offer a wide range of activities on a daily basis, available on self-selection from art and crafts, sports, group games, a quiet chill out space, computer games (for limited play), board games and a wide variety of other toys, role play, imaginative play:

Just about any kind of toy you can think of!

The club runs in a dedicated hall space with its own outside area.

You can add a breakfast session on from 8-9 where we do provide food, otherwise, children will need to bring their own meals and snacks for the day.
