Welcome

Welcome to

Grow Learn Play Project CIC.

Grow Learn Play Project CIC has been created to offer a stimulating, educational and engaging environment to children aged 0-11 years and their families.

From nursery care and holiday clubs to drop-in and family sessions for everyone to take part in, we offer an inclusive environment set in large purpose built locations, surrounded by extensive play friendly gardens.

Natural based play following the Curiosity approach, allowing children to lead their own development using real life objects in a nurturing home from home environment, is at the heart of what we do.

We have two nurseries, our original setting at the East Street Centre and new for 2026, a second setting at Ludlow Drive. Both in Banbury.

Our East Street Nursery is structured into four teams, each with their own home base room but with access to soft play and sensory spaces. Baby Cubs 9-21 mths, Baby Bears 21-30mths, Bears 30mths-3 years, Spectacle Bears for our children in their final nursery year before reception class.

We also offer our Holiday club, open to all children, catering primarily for children from their last summer before school up to the end of primary school. We have additional options here for children with SEND needs or for those just needing a little additional support.

We are also proud of our community program running from it’s dedicated building and our forest play area. See our pages for the drop-in and family sessions on offer.

Our Ludlow Drive setting, Little Explorers, has an open feel. There is one large activity room with zoned areas for different age groups and different activities. This room opens directly onto an enclosed all weather play surface, then beyond into a large grassed play area. We plan to develop a growing garden there too! There is a second room used for quieter activities, sensory play and sleep. We care for the children in three groups, Explorer Cubs 9mths to 2years, Adventure Bears 2&3 year olds and a small pre-school (the year before reception class) cohort.
