Session Times and Fees
Sessions and Costs
We DO NOT charge any top up fees.
We have designed our session times so that you can use 15 or 30 hours funding to fully cover your fees. This offer applies during term time only, across 38 weeks per year (see our term dates calendar for details). We do not offer stretched funding. Outside of those dates the fees shown below apply.
We believe it is important that “free childcare” is free and that as a parent you can opt just to use your funding to cover any of our sessions without fear of additional charges.
There are other charges to be paid by parents. In order that parents can make their own choice we ask that all consumables and food are brought in from home. This way your child uses the products you prefer, eats the food you know they will eat, and you control the costs. We do not charge administration fees or ask for deposits.
As a parent, you can opt to make a term time only booking, an all year round (excepting closure dates) booking which guarantees your entitlement to those sessions, or a hybrid option where you book fixed sessions for term time but can opt to book for additional sessions during school holidays on a needs basis. Simply request the sessions you would like in addition, whether they are your usual sessions or not, we will review availability and confirm or reject the booking. Additional sessions can also be booked during term time, upon request. All additional ad-hoc sessions are charged at the rates below.

£64 per session (rising to £68.64 per session from 1st April 2027)

4pm – 5pm or 4pm – 6pm
4-5pm £8 per session
4-6pm £16 per session
(wrap around care)
Government Funding
All 3-4 year old’s in England and working families with children aged 9 months and above may also be eligible for government-funded childcare.
Payment Information
Payment for your child’s place at Grow Learn Play CIC is by the 15th of each month.. You will receive an invoice at the beginning of each month, which must be paid by the end of each month. We accept payment in as bank transfer, childcare vouchers or payments from a tax free childcare account.
Fees are payable for all hours agreed upon starting nursery, regardless of attendance. Therefore, if your child is unwell or on holiday, a charge will still be applied. Details on holiday discounts can be found in your contract.
We are registered for childcare vouchers with a number of different providers, please contact us regarding your chosen provider. We are also registered with HMRC to accept payments from a Tax Free Childcare account.
