What are your ages of admittance?

Monday to Fridays 8:00am to 6:00pm
The setting is open for 51 weeks of the year. It is closed for statutory bank holidays and one week of shutdown in December. No charges apply when the setting is closed.
We offer a variety of session times as outlined on our registration form.
Do fees include food?
No, we do not provide any food. Water and milk is always available but children are asked to attend with lunch, snacks and any other food you wish your child to have during the day. Please be mindful of our allergy policy when preparing your lunch box.
When do fees have to be paid?
Fees must be paid for in full within 15 days from the date of the invoice for which the charges apply. If your child is ill or on holiday the fees are still usually applicable, please see your contract for any exceptions or discounts.
What if my child is sick?
Please notify the staff on 01295257100 or email via our parent portal
if your child is unwell and unable to attend their booked session.
If your child becomes ill whilst in our care or has an accident (other than minor bumps or grazes etc.) we will contact you to come and collect him/her. It is important, therefore, that you inform us of any changes to your personal circumstances or contact details.
What if it’s something contagious?
If your child develops an infection (i.e. chicken pox, measles etc.) they should not attend nursery until they are clear of infection. Please see our communicable disease policy for further information.
What happens with bumps and bruises?
All our staff are trained in paediatric first aid. Any minor accidents (cuts, bruises, bumps etc.) will be treated by a member of staff. We will then notify you when you collect your child.
